SHINE
SHINE is a Team Coaching programme dedicated to leadership teams.
Through this programme, alongside Petru Păcuraru, Founder of HPDI, who has been running it for over 10 years, we set out to accompany and guide leaders who notice that some decisions keep being reopened, that feedback flows mostly through them and that new people struggle to settle in.
And this is not a competence problem – it is a team problem, and it is not solved by a two-day training.

Three pillars we work on simultaneously over 8–12 months
- 1. WE MEASURE: LEAD360 across 9 executive competencies, Jungian archetypes and saboteurs.
- 2. WE WORK INDIVIDUALLY: Every member - the leader included - has their own coach and a monthly session.
- 3. WE WORK TOGETHER: Monthly group sessions of 4–8 hours: trust, conflict, alignment, results.
Some of the sessions take place online.
